Job Pictures

Magician

Magicians are the slowest and weakest of the four jobs. They use staffs and wands to attack, and shoots fireballs. One they get to level twenty, they can either be a Monk or Wizard. A Monk used to be a Priest. Also, Wizard was Battlemage. Alas, they changed the names. So, we must get used to it!
Monks have not only studied books, they have discovered that more knowledge can be acquired through their experiences in the battlefield. From their battles, they have been able to develop their supportive magical abilities. They are able to restore health for themselves and others as well as bringing those others back to life if necessary. Having a monk in a party will greatly benefit any adventure out in the world.
Wizards are magicians that have strengthened their magic from specialized training to produce large damaging spells. Their magic attacks, usually known as Area-of-Effect skills, are able to encompass a large area. This enables them to provide damage support over a wide radius.
This is all about Magicians, so read it!

Archers

Archers are long-ranged. They use bows and crossbows(later on) as weapons. They are the fastest characters in the Dragon Saga world. Archers have light armor to run faster. They are easy to level up. They can job advance either to Marksman or Hunter.
Hunters have found companions in battle by summoning falcons to aid them in their journeys. Falcons are able to dish out Area-of-Effect damage to their surroundings. In addition to Falcons, Hunters are skilled with the use of traps. Traps are able to hinder an enemy and allow Hunters to find time to plan their attacks.
Marksmen have chosen to pick up the Crossbow instead of the Long Bow, giving them a weight reduction. The Crossbow still provides the range that archers ever so love, however, it allows them carry other arsenals as well. Therefore, they have chosen a variety of weapons to compliment their speed. Marksmen carry modern weapons with them, such as grenades, missile launchers, and machine guns.

Thief

Thieves are closed-ranged and use claws. Yes, they are speedy while being strong. They can use many unique skills to kill their enemy. One of the first things they can learn as a skill is a skill that they jump in the air and spin, to attack enemies in the air. They can either be a Bandit or Infiltrator at level 20.
Bandits are thieves that desire the attention that comes with power. By using their cunning ways, acquired as a thief, they are able to manipulate their way closer to their enemies. Bandits, like thieves, still thrive on their close encounters and therefore, use claws as their primary weapon.
Highly dangerous up close, Infiltrators are masters of close combat. They are able to attack in lethal combinations due to their lightning quick speed and dangerous weapons. They are professionals at being stealthy and attempt to use a variety of poisons to kill a massive number of enemies.

Warrior

Warrior is the strongest of the jobs. They fight close-combat, using swords. They are the most chosen job for the moment. If you like strength, then choose this. Although Warriors are great at power, they are very slow.
When a Warrior reaches level 20, they can choose between two jobs: Gladiator or Knight.
Gladiators salivate at the sight of raw power. Their skills focus on producing huge combos and killer attacks. They have relinquished the shield to take upon themselves, massive two-handed weapons. Though they have destructive power, they have lost sight of the speed of battle. Gladiators attack slower than their counterparts, the Knight.
Knights focus their strength on survival. Their health bonus allows them to absorb more damage than any other class and at the same time, be able to strike down heavily against their enemies. They are road blocks that protect the party from enemies.

Job Descriptions

I will be giving you info on each of the jobs. I will have four separate posts for each job. For now I will gibe you a summary.
There are four jobs in the Dragon Saga world: Warrior, Archer, Thief, and and Magician. You can choose from these four when you first start Dragon Saga. Warriors have swords, Archers have bows, Thieves have claws, and Magicians have staffs.
Warriors are the strongest of all. You should choose this if you like close-combat and swords.
Archers are nimble but weak. If you like speed, choose the Archer.
Thieves are fast and strong. This would be good for new people just starting out.
Magicians are slow and weak. Although they are cute, they aren't that strong in their first job. They will get stronger, though.
I will post more job info later on. Choose your character wisely and train hard!!

Hello, everyone!

Hi, my name is MichyLee, nice to meet you! If, you have seen my other Blogs, you should know I am a huge game fan! I play Dragon Saga now, which was called Dragonica Online. I will tell you the story, so listen.
Dragonica was really fun, but boring. There were no events, and soon the game was totally DEAD. There weren't much players, and the GM's weren't doing anything. Everyone got bored, and they all left. The business failed, and so, THQ*ICE had to give up Dragonica Online to Gravity's Warpportal. They have the games Requiem, ROSE Online, and Ragnarok. I have never liked Warpportal, and I don't regret disliking them.
Dragonica's name was changed to Dragon Saga. The old THQ players got transferred to Warpportal. Anyone who used their same email was give back their old accounts. Now it is currently running, with tons of GM's trying to fix problems here and there. We were given a lot of things from Gravity and Barunson in a short amount time, and we were all excited. Still, because it is new, there is much lagging and disconnecting. Many players are pissed about it, but it's okay for me, as long as I can play the game.
This is how Dragon Saga came to be. Dragon Saga is really easy to play. You can date, kill bosses, join parties, make guilds, a lot of things. Things we are greatly hoping for right now is marriage (well, I'M not. For this.), level raise, and MyHome. We are also hoping for weapon upgrades.
I hope I get to meet you in Dragon Saga, all of you! By the way, if you wish, you can follow my Blog, that can help me. Thank you for listening and I hope you come to see my Blog again and play Dragon Saga with me!
